Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct mass recruitment campaigns to fill large volumes of open positions within tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in non IT recruitment or volume hiring.
- Proven track record in sales hiring or non technical recruitment.
- Solid understanding of the retail industry and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
