Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage defects reported by customers, suppliers, or internal stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize tools like JIRA, ASPICE, PROTECTED to track defects, manage projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop solutions for complex technical issues related to automotive systems.
Job Requirements :
- 8-13 years of experience in Defect Management in the Automobile industry.
- Strong understanding of C++ programming language and its application in automotive systems.
- Proficiency in using JIRA, ASPICE, SAFE for defect tracking and project management.
- Excellent error handling skills with ability to analyze problems critically.
