Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop mechanical systems for water treatment plants, including pumps, valves, and pressure vessels.
- Create detailed drawings using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of equipment.
- Conduct hydraulic calculations to optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in plant operations.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in mechanical engineering design for water treatment plants or similar industries.
- Proficiency in creating Ga Drawings, Hydraulic Calculations, Pump Calculations, Valves & Pressure Vessels designs.
- Robust understanding of pumping systems, valve selection, and piping layouts for efficient water flow.
