Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Generate new business through contractors, builders, industries, architects, consultants, and project companies.

- Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close orders.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

- Coordinate with production and project teams for smooth order execution.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements

- 5+ years of sales experience in fabrication, structural steel, PEB, industrial fabrication, or related industries.

- Robust knowledge of B2B/project sales and customer acquisition.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong network with contractors, builders, industries, and project consultants will be an advantage.

- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
