Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers for gold loan products and services, including self-employed individuals, small business owners, and salaried employees.
- Conduct field visits to meet with clients and understand their financial needs.
- Build solid relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and servicing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in banking sales or related fields (BFSI).
- Graduation is required.
