Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced Validation Lead specializing in GxP and Pharmacovigilance to join a consumer healthcare client's Procurement Technology group. The Validation Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all GxP processes and documentation within the procurement technology systems are compliant with regulatory standards and best practices. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and quality of our systems, ensuring they meet the stringent requirements of the life sciences industry. This role will require onsite presence in a hybrid capacity in Bangalore, India. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of GxP Computer System Validation (CSV) experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or consumer healthcare environments. Hands-on experience planning and executing validation testing for software releases, enhancements, and system changes. Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, validation documentation, traceability, risk assessments, and audit readiness. Experience managing defect tracking, test execution, and validation deliverables in Agile environments. Strong communication skills with experience partnering across business, technical, and vendor teams. Experience supporting CLM platforms such as Malbek, Keelvar, Icertis, Agiloft, Ironclad, or similar solutions. Experience with procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or other regulated enterprise applications. Familiarity with CSA, GAMP 5, or risk-based validation methodologies.
