Role Title: Lead Business Analyst

Position Summary:

The Lead Business Analyst Identity & Access Administration is responsible for analyzing, configuring, and supporting the operational execution of identity governance processes within the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform. This role works within the Identity & Access Administration team and is critical to managing access requests, approvals, user entitlement reviews (UERs), and role governance across the enterprise.

This position combines business analysis, platform interaction, and governance execution, requiring solid analytical skills and hands-on experience with SaaS platforms. The role partners closely with IAM engineers, product owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure access processes are secure, compliant, user-friendly, and aligned with enterprise controls.The role also supports audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and identity governance maturity, ensuring that access decisions are traceable, policy-aligned, and supported by high-quality data.

Skill and Experience:

- 5+ years of experiencerequired to perform essential job functions.
- Additional Experience Qualifier (optional): 6+ years of general business analysis experience, with 2+ years experience in project management.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

- Expert knowledge of techniques and tools utilized in functional design, data analysis, and data flow diagramming.
- Knowledge of FM's current/planned technological environment and the appropriate technologies, tools, and techniques used to solve business problems.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Experience gathering requirements, functional design, and working with business processes.

Proven ability to work in technical environments that use tools involved in data flow diagramming, data analysis, issue tracking, and documentation and presentation. | Proven experience with managing projects of significant scope and complexity with project teams consisting of 5+ individuals.

SOFT SKILLS

Proven ability to multi-task and establish priorities.

Excellent interpersonal,



oral/written communication and organizational skills.

Proven ability to provide direction to others and influence decisions made.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute and support access request processes within SailPoint ISC, including request validation, approval routing, escalation, and fulfilment coordination.

Manage and support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle activities, ensuring access aligns with role, job function, and policy requirements.

Coordinate and support User Entitlement Reviews (UERs) / certification campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and remediation tracking through completion.

Serve as the primary point of contact for business users, managers, and application owners, resolving access issues, certification decisions, and remediation actions.

Maintain and support governance of the enterprise role repository, including role definitions, entitlements, access profiles, and RBAC alignment to least privilege and audit expectations.

Work within SailPoint ISC to manage requests, approvals, certifications, and workflow execution, including basic configuration support and issue troubleshooting.

Analyse identity and access data to identify risk conditions, anomalies, and data quality issues, and develop reporting that supports audit readiness, control effectiveness, and operational insights.

Support audit, compliance, and governance activities, including evidence gathering, documentation, control validation, and continuous improvement of identity lifecycle and access processes.

Must Have Skills:

- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), IdentityIQ, or other IGA platforms.
- Familiarity with identity-related technologies (Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, etc.).
- Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks, such as NIST (access control, account management), ISO 27001 / 27002, and CIS Controls (account lifecycle, least privilege)
- Experience supporting UER campaigns/certification processes at scale.
- Experience working in regulated or audit-intensive environments.
- Basic familiarity with APIs, data structures (JSON), or reporting tools.
