We are looking for a skilled Designer – Stamping with strong experience in precision progressive tool design. The role involves designing current stamping dies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting end-to-end tool development from concept to qualification Key Responsibilities
* Design new stamping dies based on project requirements
* Develop and finalize stamping die layouts for NPD (New Product Development)
* Conduct stamping feasibility studies along with internal teams




* Lead DFM (Design for Manufacturing) discussions with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
* Coordinate with tool room teams for production die improvements and NPD dies
* Follow up on die manufacturing, assembly, trials, and final qualification
* Work closely with external suppliers for debugging and technical solutions
* Ensure timely completion of assigned projects with quality standards
* Maintain all design-related documents as per ISO / IATF procedures
* Support additional responsibilities as assigned by management
