Job Title: Jr. Production Engineer

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full time

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and supervise daily production activities.

- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.

- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.

- Prepare and maintain daily production reports in ERP and Google Sheets.

- Update production data and track inventory using ERP software.

- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Planning departments.

- Monitor raw material consumption and reduce process waste.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.





- Train and guide machine operators on production processes and work instructions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

- 1–5 years of experience in vacuum thermoforming, plastic packaging, or a related manufacturing industry.

- Basic understanding of vacuum thermoforming processes and production planning.

- Experience working with ERP software.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data entry, formulas, filters, and reporting.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in shifts if required.
