Position: SAP ABAP Consultant (4+ Years) Education:BE/BTech/MTech/ME/MCA/BSc in related field (ABAP Certification preferred) 1. Core ABAP & Technical Skills - 4+ years in SAP ABAP with end-to-end implementation and support experience - Strong in ABAP programming, Data Dictionary, development tools, OO ABAP and workflow - RICEF: reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms - Experience with OData Services, ABAP on HANA, EDI/IDocs, and third-party integrations 2. Integration, Debugging & Performance - Valuable understanding of integration with SD, FI, MM, REFX, PS, ARIBA, etc. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting of technical and functional issues - Performance optimization of programs, database queries,



and related configurations 3. Data Migration & Solution Design - Hands-on experience with data migration tools and methodologies - Developing migration programs ensuring data quality and integrity - Ability to decide between customizing, standard configuration, and enhancements 4. Collaboration & Delivery - Coordinate with onsite/offshore technical and functional teams - Conduct internal knowledge sharing / cross-training as needed - Understand user/process requirements and deliver high-quality SAP solutions
