Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Travel & Tourism/Hospitality/Business Administration preferred)
Salary: 25,000 – 45,000
Location: Kochi / Thrissur Requirements:
• 1–5 years of experience in the Tours & Travel industry.
• Robust experience in visa processing and travel consultation.
• Knowledge of international visa procedures, travel documentation, and immigration regulations.
• Experience in itinerary planning, holiday packages, flight & hotel bookings.
• Familiarity with CRM, Travel ERP, or GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and coordination skills.



Job Responsibilities:
• Process and coordinate visa applications for multiple countries.
• Assist clients with travel planning, tour packages, flights, hotels, and related services.
• Coordinate with embassies, visa centers, and travel partners.
• Provide destination guidance and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with travel regulations, and timely client updates.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent travel support.
