No of Positions - 1 Required from - Immediate Role Overview - We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our GPO Finance Transformation organization. This Business Analyst (BA) will support the Global Process Owner (GPO) to deploy the BlackLine Intercompany Module across global entities. The BA will act as the bridge between Finance process owners, business users, IT/configuration teams, and data/ERP teams, ensuring: • Requirements are captured clearly and translated into build/configuration inputs. • Testing is designed, executed, and closed with evidence. • Data and integrations are validated end-to-end. • Users are trained and supported through go-live and early life support. • Governance, controls, and standard process adoption are maintained globally. Key Responsibilities - BlackLine Intercompany module process design support & analyse data for: • Intercompany transaction matching, confirmations, dispute management, settlements (as applicable) • Intercompany reconciliation and exception management • Standard templates, rules, tolerances, and workflows • Requirements gathering and documentation: • Business requirements (BRD), functional requirements (FRD), user stories, acceptance criteria UAT planning and execution - • Test strategy, test cases, test scripts, defect triage, closure evidence Master data and setup readiness - • Entity, partner, account mapping requirements; workflow/user role definition; access design • Cutover and go-live readiness: • Migration validation, pre/post checks,



hypercare support Required Qualifications & Skills - Total Experience: Minimum 7-8 years in Finance & Accounting roles. Solid knowledge of: • Intercompany accounting lifecycle (initiation → matching → dispute → settlement/clearing) • Month-end close and reconciliation principles • Controls mindset (audit trail, approvals, evidence) BlackLine / Finance Transformation Skills - • Experience working on BlackLine deployment or similar finance transformation tools • Ability to translate business requirements into configuration-ready inputs • Comfort with global standardization and managing local variations Testing & Delivery Skills - Hands-on capability to: • write test cases and acceptance criteria • run UAT sessions, manage defects, drive closure • produce evidence and traceability documentation Stakeholder & Communication Skills - • Strong stakeholder management across regions/time zones • Ability to challenge constructively and drive decisions • Clear writing skills for process and test documentation Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Oil & Gas or Energy sector. • Tool experience: BlackLine Intercompany experience strongly preferred (or equivalent reconciliation/matching platforms) • Exposure to automation tools and process improvement initiatives.
