Job Description – Hospital Admin Cum Operation Head Position: Hospital Admin Cum Operation Head Organization: CHIRAYU Multispeciality Hospital Location: Ramnagar, Dharashiv (Osmanabad), Maharashtra Department: Hospital Administration & Operations Reporting To: Management / Director Experience Required: Minimum 5–10 Years in Hospital Administration & Operations Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hospital Admin Cum Operation Head who can efficiently manage overall hospital administration, day-to-day operations, staff coordination, patient experience, and hospital marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Handle complete day-to-day hospital operations and administration. Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Emergency, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, and Front Office operations. Monitor patient flow and improve patient satisfaction and service quality. Develop and implement SOPs for hospital operations. Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and departmental heads for smooth workflow. Ensure hospital compliance with NABH and healthcare regulations. Manage vendor coordination, facility management, housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities. Monitor operational expenses and optimize hospital resources. Supervise administrative, front office, billing, and support staff. Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance monitoring.



Plan and execute hospital marketing and branding activities. Develop relationships with local doctors, clinics, corporates, and referral networks. Handle digital and offline marketing initiatives for patient engagement. Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and corporate tie-ups. Monitor billing, collections, cash flow, and patient payment processes. Prepare MIS reports and operational performance reports for management. Key Skills Required Robust knowledge of hospital administration and healthcare operations. Excellent leadership and team handling skills. Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Marketing and business development exposure in healthcare industry. Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software. Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / MBA. Preferred Candidate Profile Prior experience in multispeciality hospital operations. Strong understanding of hospital marketing and patient acquisition. Ability to independently manage hospital administration and operations. Immediate joiners preferred. Local candidates from Maharashtra preferred.
