Job description Job Description WebSphere Administrator (B3) Location- Mumbai Turbhe Experience- 5+ Years Qualification- B.E / B.Tech / MCA Budget- Up to 12 LPA Notice Period- Immediate Joiners or Candidates Available to Join in June Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced WebSphere Administrator to manage, maintain, and support IBM WebSphere Application Server environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in WebSphere Administration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and server management in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, administer, and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server environments. Perform application deployments, upgrades, patches, and server migrations. Monitor server health, performance, and availability. Troubleshoot WebSphere-related issues and provide timely resolution. Manage server clustering, node synchronization, and workload management. Configure JVM settings, security, and performance tuning. Coordinate with application, middleware,



and infrastructure teams for deployments and issue resolution. Maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures. Support production environments and handle incident management activities. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and SOPs. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in WebSphere Administration. Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS). Good knowledge of application deployment and server configuration. Experience in troubleshooting performance and connectivity issues. Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments. Understanding of JVM tuning and middleware concepts. Exposure to scripting and automation is an added advantage. Positive communication and coordination skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in WebSphere Administration. Ability to work in production support and critical environments. Immediate joiners or candidates who can join in June will be preferred.
