Core Skills Business Analysis Experience in Operational Risk, RCSA, or Internal Controls roles. Experience with: RCSAs Control design & operating effectiveness testing Issue and action management Evidencebased assessments Familiarity with European regulatory expectations and audit scrutiny (e.g., operational resilience, internal control frameworks). Ability to manage multiple RCSAs and control tests in parallel. Strong documentation skills with attention to traceability and audit trails. Experience producing management information, dashboards, and executive summaries. Comfortable working within structured methodologies and templates.



Confident engaging with Business SMEs, ICO leads, and Risk stakeholders. Able to challenge evidence quality and control adequacy constructively. Clear, concise written and verbal communication in a client environment. Robust proficiency in Excel / spreadsheetbased controls and document management. Experience supporting or transitioning to risk tooling platforms (RSA Archer desirable). Exposure to Agile methodology Desirable Experience Exposure to toolenabled RCSA or control testing implementations. Experience supporting portfoliolevel risk MI. Experience working in financial services environments (banking, captive finance, or regulated entities).
