Job Title: Branch Manager Description: The Branch Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving financial and sales objectives, managing risk and compliance, and developing a high-performing team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and local stakeholders and drives initiatives to improve operational efficiency and branch profitability. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets. Manage daily branch operations including cash handling, teller activities, and transaction processing. Drive branch sales and cross-selling of products and services to meet or exceed targets. Monitor and manage branch performance against budget, KPIs, and profitability goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards. Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, credit, and compliance risks. Recruit, onboard, evaluate, and retain talented staff; conduct performance reviews and create development plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community partners. Prepare and present regular branch performance reports, forecasts, and action plans to senior management. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce losses,



and enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience in branch management, retail banking, or retail store leadership with a track record of meeting sales and operational goals. Strong understanding of financial products, P&L; management, budgeting, and forecasting. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance procedures, and risk management best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Proficiency with banking systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
