This Business Systems Analyst position is within the Field Administration & Banking Systems; with a focus on the Banking solutions related to Cash products. Act as the liaison between the Business and IT organizations to provide business critical and complex technical solutions.
Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, document and manage business and user requirements.
• Identify project interdependencies, manage requirement/scope issues and drive to closure.
• Translate business and user requirements into detailed system requirements.
• Leverage domain and analyst expertise to provide solutions to business and tech partners.
• Utilize appropriate analysis techniques (process modeling, use cases, etc.) for each project.
• Educate business partners on systems capabilities and the feasibility of specific solutions.
• Manage effective working relationships with technology teams and business partners.
• Ensure that solution delivery is on time, within cost estimates and meets business needs.




• Negotiate solutions that satisfy business users and conform to the technical architecture.
• Support implementation tasks and complete all documentation on assigned projects.
Requirements and Skills
Must have:
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Prior experience in the Banking and Finance domain.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Robust analytical skills including ability to identify patterns, potential issues and then translate those into functional and system requirements.
• Strong understanding of business functional areas as well as the IT organizations systems and capabilities.

• Ability to apply artificial intelligence tools and concepts to improve efficiency in requirement gathering, analysis and documentation.

• Experience in Data management including analysis of existing data sets, requirement documentation for data extract, transformation and load, and requirement gathering for business reporting needs.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology practices.
• Experience in writing user stories, use case modelling, business process modelling.
