About the Role
We're Scale.jobs, a Techstars-backed, profitable startup building the future of job search while shipping world-class products out of Hyderabad. We're looking for an Outbound Sales Intern (US Region) who wants to learn closing the hard way - on live calls, with real US customers, from week one. This is not a shadowing internship. You'll be on the phones from your first week.
What You'll Own
- Run high-volume cold calls to US prospects daily - prospect, pitch, and close
- Drive conversions through sharp communication and disciplined follow-ups
- Operate in sync with US EST hours; learn the customer, the culture, and the clock
- Own your numbers and report on them like a full-time rep would
Who We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers welcome if you're ready to dial hard
- Exceptional spoken English - explicit, confident, and persuasive every single time
- Thick skin: you can hear "no" fifty times a day and pick up the phone again
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US EST
- Self-driven and execution-obsessed - you don't wait to be told what to do
- Startup-ready: you embrace ambiguity, iterate fast, and thrive without hand-holding
