We are looking for a confident and motivated Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our in-house sales team.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, handling sales enquiries, following up with leads and converting potential customers into successful sales.
This is a target-oriented sales role with an opportunity to earn additional incentives based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements
- Explain products, services, pricing and offers clearly
- Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups
- Follow up with interested and pending leads
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups
- Update lead status in CRM/calling software
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order processing
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Continuously work towards improving conversion rates
Requirements
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales or sales preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Confident while speaking with customers over the phone
- Good Hindi communication; basic English is an advantage
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups
- Candidates with experience in sales calling will be preferred
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: 20,000 – 22,000/month
