We are looking for an experienced Sr. Tender Manager to handle end-to-end tendering and contract activities for Government, PSU, Railway and Engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end tendering, bid preparation and submission.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQ and commercial/contractual conditions.
- Prepare technical compliance, commercial bids, proposals, budgetary quotations and tender documentation.
- Handle online bidding/e-tendering portals, including IREPS, GeM, CPPP, etc.
- Prepare pre-bid queries, clarifications and contractual correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely and accurate bid submission.
- Manage pre- and post-contract activities, including LOA/PO, contract agreements, amendments, extensions and claims.

Candidate Profile





- 1015 years of relevant experience in Tendering / Bidding / Contract Management.
- Robust knowledge of Government/PSU/Railway tender methodology.
- Excellent English communication, drafting and correspondence skills.
- Good commercial, analytical, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to independently handle multiple tenders under strict deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for pre-bid meetings, negotiations and customer/site visits.

Preferred: Experience in Indian Railways, RITES, RVNL, IRCON, DFCCIL, Metro, Government PSUs, Capital Equipment, Machinery.
