A reputed Resort in Maldives is urgently hiring a dynamic and experienced Female Sales Agent for immediate placement. This is an excellent overseas opportunity for candidates with strong sales, hospitality, and customer relationship management experience.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: USD 500/month
- Service Charge (SC): USD 200+ /month
- Food: Provided by the company
- Accommodation: Provided by the company

Job Responsibilities

- Sell resort rooms, holiday packages, and promotional offers to individual and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with Online Travel Agents (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and other travel platforms.
- Generate business through B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Customer) sales channels.
- Handle inquiries, reservations, quotations, and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients to increase sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize room occupancy and revenue.




- Provide excellent customer service and maintain solid client relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

- Gender: Female
- Nationality: Any Nationality Can Apply.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel, resort, travel, or hospitality sales.
- Experience working with OTAs and travel partners is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Good English communication is mandatory. Additional languages will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and hospitality sales processes is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in resort or hotel sales.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality.
