Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure site execution, monitoring, and management according to project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and documentation.
- Provide technical support to junior engineers and supervisors as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (site engineering/supervision).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
- Solid understanding of civil site engineering principles, including construction methods, materials science, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
