Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Private Brands Retail
Sourcing and Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and
developing our private label products, working closely with suppliers, and driving growth
through innovative strategies and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Supplier Management:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for private label products.
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure product quality and
cost-effectiveness.
Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and address any issues that arise.
Product Development:

Collaborate with internal teams to develop new private label products that meet market
demands and customer preferences.
Oversee the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and
adherence to quality standards.
Business Development:
Develop and execute strategies to increase the market share of private label products.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and drive sales.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sourcing and
product development decisions.
Prepare and present reports on key metrics and performance indicators to senior management.




Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless
product integration and delivery.
Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related
field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail sourcing, private label development, or
business development within the e-commerce or retail industry.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and drive product development.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with sourcing and
procurement software.
