- Strong SQL and/or NoSQL background.

- Experience with observability stacks Prometheus Grafana ELK Open Telemetry etc.
- Ability to lead design sessions and mentor developers
- Used to working in global environment and should be adaptable to learn current skills and follow industry trends.
