Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Develop and manage a customer base for copper rods across the wire, cable, electrical, automotive, and allied industries.
- Identify recent business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective customer acquisition and account management.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams.

Order Management

- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Track order status, deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and maintain sales documentation.
