Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Squad/Delivery Lead (9+ Years) to take end-to-end ownership of delivery through to Production for in-scope items on the programme. This is a hybrid role, blending the facilitation and team-health focus of a Scrum Master with the accountability and drive of a Delivery Lead. You will own the delivery outcome for your squad, not just the process anticipating risks, unblocking issues before they escalate, and keeping delivery on track from planning through to live release.
This role requires someone who is genuinely proactive: someone who identifies risks and dependencies early, chases resolution rather than waiting to be asked, and keeps stakeholders informed ahead of issues becoming problems.
