These requests include resolving and or completing service requests and working collaboratively with the team members, other internal teams, Third Party vendors or Client.This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions.Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization.

understand and analyze client processes as per the business rulesExecute the process accurately and timely as a hands-on processorEscalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues or problemsAlways demonstrate the highest level of customer serviceComplete onboarding formalitiesExecute process steps related to people movement and benefits administrationEnsure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client dataUpdate client applications accurately and quickly in accordance with the appropriate User GuidesUnderstand and adhere to processes and working methodsUnderstand relevant HR and Safety legislation as appropriate and manage cases and inform clientsUnderstand perform the full range of Workforce Administration processes (Employee Life cycle) which includes onboarding the candidate, people movement benefits administrationMust have clear understanding of the existing performance metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparentFollow LWIs while processing highlight any anomalies in LWIs or process documentation to the SME or Leads.Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improve accuracy or enhance controlsParticipating in Team building activitiesStrong customer orientation Resilient and able to work under pressure Attention to detail quality driven -in communications and all system transactionsDemonstrate high levels of confidentiality Team Work collaboration Multi-cultural awareness
