What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsThe Workforce Data Administration (WFDA) Junior is responsible for supporting HR operations by processing employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems. The role requires adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and data privacy requirements.Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization. This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, advantages administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions




What are we looking for Process HR transactions related to:Employee onboardingEmployee data changesInternal transfersPromotionsLeave administrationBenefits administrationEmployee exits/offboardingMaintain employee records in HR systems such as Workday or other HR platforms.Review and validate HR requests for completeness and accuracy.Respond to employee and manager queries through email or ticketing tools.Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data privacy policies.Identify process improvement opportunities and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
