- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain documentation of processing procedures, work instructions, and standard operating practices.
Job Requirements :
- 5-11 years of experience in a similar role within the automobile industry.
- Robust understanding of HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, and process engineering principles.
- Experience with capacity utilization planning and management is an asset.
