We are looking for a skilled professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to lead our Client Account Management team in India, focusing on GCC client relationships and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, industry expertise, and business development.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through effective client relationship management.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize account management strategies.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in client account management,



preferably in the GCC region or similar international markets.
- Strong understanding of the IT services and consulting industry, including current trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective account management strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to drive business outcomes.
