- Generate reports and perform accurate SQL-based data updates.
- Prioritize and handle multiple open cases efficiently with robust multitasking ability.
- Strong understanding of HTTP and SMPP protocols used in messaging applications.
- Apply error-detection techniques and algorithms to identify and resolve application issues.
- Read, analyze, and interpret application logs for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Work flexibly in a 24/7 operations environment (including rotational shifts).
