What would you do The Procurement PMO Lead (CL10) is responsible for driving governance, reporting, and operational excellence across sourcing and procurement programs. The role ensures effective execution of procurement processes (S2P / P2P), compliance with policies, and alignment with business objectives. It involves managing program performance, stakeholder coordination, and enabling continuous improvement through data-driven insights and automation.1. Procurement Governance ComplianceEstablish and maintain procurement governance frameworks across S2P / P2P processesEnsure adherence to Brillant Basics, ACF controls, and audit requirementsConduct governance reviews, compliance checks, and corrective action trackingDrive standardization of processes, templates, and controls2. Reporting AnalyticsConsolidate and publish procurement dashboards (spend, savings, cycle time, SLA adherence)Track key procurement KPIs such as PR-to-PO cycle time, contract turnaround, supplier performanceSupport leadership with executive scorecards, insights, and data-driven recommendationsDevelop and enhance reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI dashboards)3. Risk, Issue Dependency Management4.



Program Portfolio ManagementSupport end-to-end tracking of sourcing initiatives and procurement pipelinesMonitor milestones, deliverables, and benefits realizationCoordinate across sourcing, category, and buying teams for program executionEnsure alignment of procurement initiatives with business and client goals5.
