What would you do The Reporting Analytics -Insights Intelligence Trainer builds the analytical maturity of the tower equipping analysts to turn data into decision-ready insight through advanced Power BI visualization, data modelling, forecast narratives, and storytelling. Roles and Responsibilities: 4-6 years of experience in Sales Operations Reporting Analytics, with a minimum of 3 years in Sales Analytics TrainingTraining Content: Develop and maintain role-based training on analytics, Power BI, storytelling, AI-enabled tools, and business fundamentals.Onboarding Delivery: Lead new-hire onboarding and deliver training through instructor-led, hands-on, and self-paced learning formats.Assessment Coaching: Evaluate learning, certify readiness, and provide ongoing coaching to improve analytics and reporting quality.Training Strategy: Identify capability gaps, measure training impact, and align learning initiatives with business and analytics goals.Governance AI Enablement: Manage training standards, content libraries, and adoption of AI-enabled analytics tools with appropriate controls.Training Facilitation Skills:Training design and delivery tailored to audience needsStrong communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsExperience with instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, SCORM)Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and LMS platformsExpertise in process transitions, process documentation, root-cause analysis, and coachingDomain Expertise:Sales, consumption, and forecasting reportingBusiness insights, ad hoc reporting, and decision supportPower BI dashboards and data visualizationData management, KPI monitoring, and data quality controlsSQL, Power Query, Power Pivot, and BI best practicesAgentic AI and NLQ tools adoption, coaching, and validation
