Job Summary:

Responsible for operating and monitoring precast concrete production activities to ensure safe, timely, and effective manufacturing. The role involves mould preparation, rebar and accessory placement, concrete filling, crane operation, demoulding, steam curing, and product handling, while maintaining production quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review shop-floor reports and coordinate timely demoulding to avoid production delays.
- Operate cranes safely for tarpaulin handling, rebar placement, and concrete filling activities.
- Physically inspect products to confirm completion before demoulding.
- Ensure sufficient plant space is available for demoulded product storage.
- Position rebar and mould accessories correctly as per drawings and instructions.
- Coordinate with the Engineer/Batching Plant for timely concrete requirements.
- Ensure proper concrete filling and uniform distribution in moulds.
- Operate steam valves as required during the curing process.
- Follow quality, safety, housekeeping, and standard operating procedures at all times.
