Responsible for Employee relations/Retention & Talent acquisition and HR Business partnering.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with 15 to 18 years of experience is preferred, to handle the headcount of around 150 employees.
Type of employees: R&D; design engineers and Corporate employees.
Work Location: OMR, Chennai:
Working days : Monday to Friday and alternative Saturday half day.
