What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsExecute the complete scope of Case management - Leave of Absence services across internal teams and external service providers in managing the Leave process from system updates to approval of leaves or managing return to work using the guiding principles applicable for each region through accurate document collation and process and policy adherence . Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic HR and business objectives. Drive initiatives, using benchmarks and best practices

Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for repeatable, predictable and measurable operations which includes but is not limited to the following:1. In-depth understanding of HRO processes supported by Accenture Drives activities to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs) does whatever is needed to complete the task on time and error free.2. Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.3. Process incoming service requests received through the Contact Center, Email or Web Portal.4. Obtain sufficient information to research and complete the service requests, Key manual entries or answer query from client employees5. Provide information, advice and guidance to clients (individuals, managers, client HR, client representatives) in the relevant HR areas taking account of the confidential nature of the work area.6. Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data.7. Understanding the detailed functionality of all tools and applications8. Uses and maintains process maps and all process documentation identifying inputs, outputs, roles responsibilities of the process. 9. Support in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process, as required.10. Participates in various Internal or Client initiatives related to Process.11. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, statutory requirements from the State/Local governing body and special handling procedures..12. Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls.13. Liaise with Accenture Local IT to escalate Technology issues being faced by the Team.
