Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop processes that meet customer needs, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Ensure effective communication of quality expectations to all stakeholders through documentation, training, and reporting.
Job Requirements :
- 18-28 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field with expertise in quality assurance, process excellence, or supplier quality.
- Robust understanding of cost control, cost reduction strategies, and process quality principles.
- Proven track record of implementing successful quality initiatives that drive business results.
