1) Handling all Exports Pre-Shipment, Post-Shipment Activities.

2) Shipment Tracking and provide real time informations to the Sales team.

3) Responsible for Export & Domestic Warehouse Management

4) Monitoring Export WH shipment and keep the records in the sytem.

5) Export WH shipment ASN, EDI and Child Invoicing for Export W/H.

6) Timely Check & Forward Export WH bills to logistics team

7) Co-ordination with WH team & sales for pick up of material as per customer requirement from warehouses

8) Ensure timely filing and compliance of Shipping Bills, Customs Documentation, and Export / Import statutory requirements.

9) Bank Documentation, Export Collection Documents, and timely submission of documents to banks.

10) Monitor and close EDPMS and IDPMS transactions within RBI timelines and coordinate with banks for realization and closure.

11) Payment coordination for WH sales

12) Vendor Payment Management.

13) Maintain Export Sales Recprd and Filing of Documentations.

14) Maintain Records for EPCG, Advance Authorization, RoDTEP and Duty Drawback Schemes.

15) Monthly Freight Provision and MIS Role & responsibilities
