Sails Software Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents and workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, Generative AI, LLMs, and software engineering principles. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge Agentic AI frameworks and enterprise AI initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and integrate AI agents using up-to-date LLM frameworks.
•Build AI workflows leveraging agent orchestration platforms.
•Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
•Connect AI agents to enterprise systems through APIs.
•Develop prompts, tools, and memory components for AI agents.
•Participate in model evaluation, testing, and optimization.
•Collaborate with senior engineers and solution architects.
•Monitor agent performance, quality, and reliability.
•Document technical designs and implementation details.
