1) PCB Testing & Repair Engineer

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled PCB Testing & Repair Engineer to test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) used in electronic products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with electronic test equipment, schematic reading, component-level troubleshooting, soldering, and repairing SMT and through-hole PCBs, while ensuring adherence to high-quality manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform functional testing of assembled PCBs using test fixtures and testing equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faulty PCBs at the component level.
- Identify defects related to soldering, assembly, and electronic components.
- Read and interpret circuit diagrams, PCB layouts, and technical documentation.
- Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, LCR meters, logic analysers, and other electronic test instruments.
- Replace defective SMD and through-hole components using soldering and rework stations.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of recurring PCB failure

- Incoming inspection of electronic components (Visual, Dimensional & Electrical).
- Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI)



and verify supplier documentation.
- Identify and manage non-conforming materials and support CAPA activities.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quality-related issues and closures.
- Monitor soldering processes and perform solder joint inspections.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electronic hardware for Analog, Digital, and Communication systems.

Prepare circuit schematics and PCB layouts using tools such as OrCAD, Altium, etc.

Create and validate Bill of Materials (BOM).

Develop and execute test plans for prototypes and production hardware.

Handle the complete hardware development lifecycle from concept, design, prototyping, validation, to production.

Perform hardware testing, debugging, and validation & verification (V&V;).

Ensure compliance with industry standards such as BIS, UL, IEC, CE, and RoHS.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
