Mandatory Requirement
Candidate must be currently based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces and enhancements.
- Design and develop CDS Views for S/4HANA-based applications and reporting.
- Develop and consume OData services using SAP Gateway.
- Work on AMDP for database-intensive processing and performance optimization.
- Develop applications using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
- Work with BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements, BAPIs, RFCs and IDocs.
- Develop and troubleshoot REST/OData-based integrations.
- Perform code optimization and ensure adherence to ABAP development best practices.
- Analyze technical requirements and prepare technical design specifications.
- Work closely with functional consultants and business teams for solution implementation.
- Support testing, deployment, production issues and performance optimization.
Mandatory Skills
- 6-9 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
- Solid experience in OData Services.
- Hands-on experience with CDS Views / Core Data Services.
- Strong experience in AMDP / ABAP Managed Database Procedures.
- Hands-on knowledge of RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA.
- Good understanding of ABAP on HANA.
