What You’ll Do Design and configure AI agents for real-world business use cases. Develop effective prompts, instructions, personas, and conversation flows . Integrate agents with APIs, tools, connectors, CRM, banking, ticketing, messaging, and knowledge systems . Identify and handle edge cases, failures, ambiguity, and recovery scenarios . Build and execute evaluation and regression test scenarios to improve agent quality. Iterate agent behaviour based on real-world usage, feedback, and performance. Work on Conversational Agents or Work Agents . Support rapid POC development and customer-facing solution delivery .
