We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of business growth through the Direct Sales Channel . This is a senior opportunity for a strong Life Insurance professional who can drive sales, develop markets, manage teams, and consistently deliver business targets.

What You’ll Own:

- Lead and drive Direct Sales (DSL) business across the assigned territory
- Develop strategies to achieve premium and revenue targets
- Manage, guide and improve sales team performance
- Drive customer acquisition, lead conversion and business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and strengthen territory presence




- Monitor sales performance, productivity and target achievement
- Build solid customer relationships and ensure quality business

Senior-Level Profile We Need:

- 5+ Years of experience in Life Insurance
- Strong experience in Direct Sales / DSL Channel
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in team handling and territory management
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Graduation is mandatory
