About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Functional Consultant / Zoho Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end Zoho implementation, configuration, customization, and optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across multiple Zoho applications, strong business process understanding, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Map business processes and translate requirements into Zoho solutions.
- Design, configure, customize, and implement Zoho applications.
- Manage end-to-end Zoho implementation projects from requirement gathering through deployment.
- Create workflows, automation, approval processes, dashboards, and reports.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods.
- Coordinate with technical teams for development, integrations, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct UAT, user training, and implementation support.
- Prepare BRDs, functional documentation, SOPs, and implementation guides.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-implementation support.
- Plan and track project timelines, milestones, tasks, and deliverables using Zoho Projects .

Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
