Febno Technologies is looking for a Zoho Functional Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho implementation, customization, development, integration, and client-facing solution delivery.

The ideal candidate should combine a strong understanding of business processes and Zoho applications with the technical ability to develop custom workflows, automation, integrations, and business solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and translate client business requirements into effective Zoho solutions.
- Configure, customize, and implement Zoho applications based on business requirements.
- Develop custom functions, workflows, automation, validation rules, and business logic using Zoho Deluge.
- Build and customize applications and modules using Zoho Creator and other Zoho platforms.
- Work across Zoho solutions including CRM, Finance, HR, Operations, and other business applications.
- Develop and manage integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and integration tools.
- Customize modules, forms, layouts, reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for clients.
- Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Provide client and end-user training.
- Support implementation, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities.




- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for complex development and integration requirements.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Stay updated with recent Zoho products, APIs, features, and platform capabilities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience working with Zoho applications in a functional and/or development role.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, or other Zoho applications.
- Practical experience with Zoho Deluge scripting.
- Experience in Zoho configuration, customization, workflows, automation, and implementation.
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of business processes and the ability to convert requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience in client demonstrations, requirement gathering, implementation, and user training.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Zoho One implementations.
- Experience with Zoho Finance applications such as Books, Inventory, Expense, and Billing.
- Experience with Zoho People and other HR applications.
- Experience developing custom applications using Zoho Creator.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, or related technologies will be an advantage.
- Zoho certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
