Our client is looking for an experienced HRMS Functional Consultant to join a global HRIS transformation program. This role will primarily focus on Workday Core HCM and Onboarding , supporting global operations, driving configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Work closely with the Workday AMS core team on global HRIS initiatives.

/n

- Lead end-to-end configuration of Workday Core HCM and Onboarding modules.

/n

- Serve as a subject matter expert for HRMS processes and support activities across live countries.

/n

- Drive solution design, conduct workshops, and engage with business stakeholders.

/n

- Own and optimize business processes within Workday.

/n

- Manage defects, releases, and feature adoption activities.

/n

- Collaborate with integration, reporting, and security teams.

/n

- Prepare and maintain functional documentation.

/n

- Support security configuration, roles, permissions, and data privacy requirements.

/n

- Mentor junior team members and review deliverables.

/n /n /n Required Experience & Qualifications /n /n

- 5+ years of Workday HCM experience .

/n





- Strong expertise in Core HCM, Onboarding, and Workday business processes .

/n

- Experience working in client-facing or stakeholder management roles.

/n

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.

/n

- Experience in Workday support or AMS environments is preferred.

- Solid knowledge of Workday HCM, especially Core HCM and Onboarding.

/n

- Good understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle, mobility, and training.

/n

- Ability to bridge global processes with local business requirements.

/n

- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and support projects.

/n

- Ability to understand and interpret project documentation and process models.

/n /n /n Technical Skills /n /n

- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, and ServiceNow .

/n

- Experience with Workday reporting and advanced Excel.

/n

- Basic understanding of Workday security, roles, and permissions.

/n

- Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR is an added advantage.
