Job Title: Workday Consultant Work Location: Mumbai, MH Job Type: Temporary Assignment Duration: 4 Months Work Type: Remote ( INDIA) :

- The person should be seasoned and well familiar with Workday functional and some technical ( reports, Calc fields, etc) which are needed the next few months.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules, including Time Tracking, and Absence Management, Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation,
- Modify Calc fields, reports, conditions rules and Absence plans as needed for retrofitting needed for project
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Administer and maintain Workday security, including security group updates, access controls for various employee populations, and user notification configurations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.



Your Qualifications - 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Workday HCM functional and technical contractor
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Workday HCM, with specific expertise in Time Tracking, Absence, and Leave.
- Verify familiar with calc field changes, reports, and functional changes.
- Proven ability to act as a self-starter, working independently to manage tasks and able to pick up fast in a quick delivery projects.
- Experience in a support team environment, with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
- Proven ability to manage complex issues independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Strong experience in reporting, troubleshooting, and supporting production operations in Workday.
