Key Responsibilities • Global System Management: Lead the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday Recruiting functionality as part of our international product support team • Operational Excellence: Execute business-as-usual operational tasks ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the recruiting platform across all regions. Provide rapid error analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for Workday Recruiting issues across 40 countries • Strategic Consultation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including strategic process owners and the global talent acquisition community to optimize Workday configurations aligned with business requirements • Change Management: Collect, evaluate, and deliver change requests while ensuring minimal business disruption • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as primary expert and central point of contact for all Workday Recruiting matters • Global Impact: Drive recruitment technology initiatives that directly impact talent acquisition across our international operations Qualifications &

Requirements Experience

- 6-10 years of progressive experience in Workday hand on business operations with strong focus on Workday Recruiting • Proven track record in an international/global role supporting multiple countries or regions • Experience working with global stakeholders across different time zones Technical Skills:




- Expert-level Workday skills: Business Process configuration, advanced troubleshooting in Workday Recruiting • Data Management: Proficiency in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) uploads and data integration • Reporting & Analytics: Advanced skills in Workday Reporting including calculated fields and custom reports • Security Administration: Strong knowledge of Workday Security for Recruiting modules Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field • Workday Recruiting certification preferred Core Competencies:
