We are looking for a skilled Workday Reporting and R2R Expert to design, build, validate, and support Workday Financials reports for finance close, financial statements, reconciliations, management reporting, audit support, and reporting automation. The ideal candidate should combine hands-on Workday Report Writer experience with solid Record-to-Report process knowledge.Job title:

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday custom reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Gather reporting requirements from Finance and business stakeholders and convert them into scalable Workday reporting solutions.
- Build reports for Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow, Trial Balance, reconciliations, journal analysis, and management reporting.
- Develop and manage calculated fields, prompts, filters, groupings, drill-down logic, and report security.
- Validate report outputs against source financial data and support UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment.
- Support month-end close, audit requirements, reporting governance, and finance reporting automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Workday functional teams, and support partners on enhancements and issue resolution.

Required Skills

Finance / R2R Knowledge:

- General Ledger, journals, period close,



financial statements, account reconciliations, allocations, intercompany reporting, worktags, ledgers, books, financial dimensions, audit support, and reporting controls.

Workday Reporting:

- Report Writer, Advanced / Matrix / Composite Reports, Financial Reports, Business Objects, Data Sources, Calculated Fields, prompts, filters, security, dashboards, Workday Analytics, Discovery Boards, and Office Connect ,exposure preferred.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP reporting, finance systems, finance transformation, or shared services reporting.
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting experience, preferably in Workday Financials.
- Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Controllers, or R2R teams in reporting and close-related requirements.
- CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, Workday Financials, Workday Reporting, Prism, Adaptive Planning, or Office Connect exposure is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot report logic, data, security, and process-related issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with both business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in reporting automation, finance process improvement, audit-ready documentation, and scalable reporting design.
