Role Overview

We are looking for a Workato Integration Developer with 4+ years of experience in enterprise application integration and robust communication skills. The candidate will design, develop, deploy, and support integration solutions using Workato, connecting applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle/OIC, and Microsoft Azure Service Bus.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise integration solutions using Workato.

- Build integrations between Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle/OIC, and Azure Service Bus.

- Develop and maintain Workato recipes and reusable integration components.

- Build and maintain custom Workato connectors using REST APIs and OAuth-based authentication.

- Implement parent-child recipe patterns for scalable and fault-tolerant integrations.

- Perform source-to-target field mapping, data transformation,



and integration development.

- Implement centralized error handling, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.

- Develop real-time, batch, ETL, and event-driven integration solutions.

- Conduct end-to-end integration testing and support SIT/UAT.

- Optimize Workato recipes for high-volume transaction processing.

- Perform production deployments and provide post-production support.

- Troubleshoot integration failures and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Collaborate with business users, solution architects, SMEs, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Maintain integration documentation and support knowledge transfer.
